Practitioner · Herne Hill, London
After thirty years in practice, I trust one thing above all: the body never lies. The work is learning how to listen.

Health is rarely simple, so I bring clinical medicine, herbal science and complementary therapies together in one plan. Each begins with a conversation: a consultation that looks at your symptoms, your history and how you live.
I · Herbalism & Aromatherapy
Every prescription is made for one person: you. After your consultation I blend your remedies by hand in the studio dispensary, as tinctures, infusions, salves, balms or aromatic oils, depending on what suits you and how you live.
Herbs are chosen for how and where they are grown and gathered. I use organic, biodynamic and wildcrafted plants, harvested at their best and kept in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf for long.
Essential oils are blended to the same standard, for massage, inhalation or the bath. Your prescription is reviewed at each visit and changed as you change.
II · Massage & Bodywork
My hands listen as much as they work. I treat the body as a living archive: old injuries, long habits and years of stress are all held somewhere, and touch can find them.
I trained in both Eastern and Western techniques: deep tissue, shiatsu, acupressure, fascial release, craniosacral work and healing touch, with trauma-informed methods and breathwork.
Every session opens with the breath and the scent of herbs and essential oils. Touch follows rhythm rather than routine, easing held tension until breath and ease return.
Pregnancy massage, adapted for comfort and safety at every stage.
Massage and relaxation for anyone going through fertility treatment, alongside the care of your GP or clinic.
III · Nutrition
I look at diet, digestion and daily habits first, with supplements only where needed. Plans are practical and built around how you eat and live.
IV · Healing
Reiki, intuitive touch and Qi-based practices, for deep rest and calm.
V · Yoga & Meditation
Movement and breath bring body and mind back into step. My teaching draws on a 500-hour Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training in Traditional Hatha and Tantra (Vajrasati Yoga), and focuses on mindful, therapeutic practice. Sessions are one-to-one or in small groups.
VI · Booking
I arrange every appointment myself, with no booking system. I work a rotating schedule of mornings through the week and at weekends.
To book, send a text or email with your preferred day, time and session length, and I’ll confirm.
Herbal medicines are charged at dispensary rates. Payment is by bank transfer, before or after your treatment; details come with your booking.
