HOW TO USE

To take a Tonic – Measure the suggested amount and take either directly or diluted in a little water or juice. Let the liquid rest briefly on the tongue before swallowing — the first quiet act of absorption.

To prepare an Infusion – Add one teaspoon of dried herb per cup. Pour water just off the boil, cover, and steep for ten to fifteen minutes, allowing warmth to draw the plant’s essence into the water.

To apply a Balm or Salve – Warm a small amount between the fingertips, inhale its aroma, and apply in slow circular movements to clean skin. The gesture matters as much as the remedy — warmth, breath, and touch working together.

To use an Aromatic Mist – Spray lightly above the head, over skin, or onto linens. Let the fine vapour settle and soften your breathing; a pause to restore focus and presence.
